No. Maintenance and support are for anyone with an existing site, whether we built it or another provider did.
What is included in monthly maintenance?
Plugin and theme updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security, performance checks, form fixes, analytics checks, and basic text and image updates on existing pages.
What is not included?
Redesigns, new pages, and e-commerce catalog work are outside maintenance. Those belong under Website Services.
Do you handle hosting and security?
Yes. Hosting support, security monitoring, SSL essentials, and uptime monitoring can be part of the care plan.
Who owns the website, files, and domain?
You do. Care plans do not change ownership of your domain, files, or builds.
How do content edits work?
Basic text and image updates on existing pages are part of care. Larger redesigns or new pages are quoted separately as Website Services work.
