This page explains what Frances Tech collects when you use francestech.com contact forms, the JobStead waitlist, and the free Business Technology Assessment.

Who we are
Frances Tech operates francestech.com. For privacy questions, email noah@francestech.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, which may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Website URL, project notes, timing, and budget context
- Waitlist details for JobStead interest
- Business Technology Assessment answers and generated priorities, only when you email yourself a copy or choose to attach the assessment to a discussion or quote request
Anonymous assessment answers used to show results in your browser are not sent to Frances Tech unless you request email delivery or attach them to a contact request.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and quote or discussion requests
- Email you a copy of your assessment when you ask for one
- Maintain the JobStead waitlist and related founder follow-up
- Operate and improve our website and service delivery
Requesting an emailed assessment copy does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing opt-in, if offered later, will be a separate choice.
How information is delivered
Form and assessment emails are sent using Cloudflare Email Routing / Workers email capabilities configured for this site. Waitlist entries may also be written to a Google Sheet through a Frances Tech-controlled webhook. Booking links may send you to Calendly; do not put assessment answers into booking URLs.
Cookies and analytics
The site may store a theme preference in your browser. Assessment progress may be stored temporarily in session storage on your device so you can continue after a refresh. We do not currently run a third-party analytics package on this page set; if Google Analytics is added later, this policy will be updated.
Retention
Inquiry, waitlist, and assessment-related messages are retained as needed to respond to requests and operate the business. Browser session assessment data expires or can be cleared with “Start over.”
Your choices
You can use the assessment without providing contact details. You can submit a discussion or quote request without attaching assessment answers. To ask about information you previously submitted, email noah@francestech.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site and services change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
